Citrus and Allied (C&A) is a recognized industry leader supplying a wide range of conventional and organic citrus oils as flavor ingredients and fragrance materials. Through our proprietary separation technology, folded and terpeneless orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit, tangerine, clementine, mandarin, and bergamot oils are manufactured. We also manufacture molecularly distilled citrus oils.

In addition, many natural components are isolated and offered in high purities. For example, we offer Nootketone from Grapefruit, Linalool and Decanal from Orange, Alpha Terpineol from Lime, and Sinensal from Orange and Tangerine.
